1. What is the MOQ for this item?

We do not impose a minimum order quantity on in-stock items. However, for international shipments, we recommend ordering at least 200 pieces, as small parcels are at higher risk of loss with local couriers.

2. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, and bank wire transfers. For B2B orders, payment must be made via TT from your company account.

3. What is the warranty policy?

• Disposable products: Recommended to be sold within 3 months. No warranty applies if the product has been opened or used.

• Empty pods & batteries: Covered by a 1-year warranty.

For any defective items, please provide a video for verification before we process compensation.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

• International air freight: Normally 3–4 weeks, depending on the destination country.

• In-stock items: Shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

• OEM/ODM or out-of-stock orders: Production and delivery take approximately 3–5 weeks.
